Daryl Christensen focuses on supporting our office advisors so they can help clients address their financial objectives. Over time, they strive to turn clients’ financial goals into manageable solutions and enable them to take consistent action toward pursuing those goals. Outside of work, Daryl enjoys sharing time with his wife Tammy, their family and friends, hiking in the mountains, road trips in Colorado, working with horses, and creating new dishes with his smoker.

Daryl brings extensive experience to WealthClarity, leveraging his background in both the food service industry and financial services. His professional background and qualifications include:
- Pursued a long-term career in the food service industry, holding key management and ownership positions
- Insight into the challenges encountered by business owners, drawn from his experience of owning and operating businesses
- Joined Waddell & Reed in 2004 as a Financial Advisor
- Holds the following securities licenses through LPL Financial: Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66

Daryl specializes in assisting advisors with comprehensive financial plans that build upon a client’s current financial position and guide them through various lifecycle phases. His experience includes:
- Planning for the timing of Social Security benefits, selecting Medicare alternatives, and providing for potential Long Term Care insurance options to support clients’ quality of life
- Establishing investment goals and creating portfolios that reflect clients’ investment time horizons and risk tolerance
- Managed wealth accumulation processes involving periodic review and re-assessment of risk tolerance
Community Involvement:
Daryl’s long-held value of service to the community has led him to contribute in many ways:
- Member of the Lakewood Kiwanis Club, where he has served on the Board of Directors and as President
- Member of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, where he has served on the Board of Directors and as Past Chairman
- Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Two Ponds Preservation Foundation as President
Fun Fact:
Daryl enjoys creating new palate pleasers in his smoker, experimenting with different recipes and flavors to share with family and friends.
